Origin Story

The woman's origins are the least bit conventional; it began with the flourishing relationship between a human man and a valkyrie warrior who was protecting the Earth at that time. Their meeting was one of chance, and it only took a brief conversation for love to blossom.

From the two's shared meeting, a child was born promptly after: a young daughter. It was as if the Lord knew of the girl's birth, as with it, her mother was called back to paradise. Her father accepted this day would come, and said his farewells before the woman returned with her newly born child. Prima's development was normal: she was treated well and like any other holy being. The only time this changed, was with the development of her wings. They did not take the snowy white of her sisters, but rather a vibrant orange. Horrified, the others of her kin saw this as a bad omen, a sign of impurity, and so the wings were torn from the girl's back before she was thrown back to the realm below.

Unable to locate her father, and now without a mother or anyone to care for her, Prima had to learn how to survive promptly. Fortunately, knowledge of holy magics came to her aid if she was ever in a physical situation or in physical pain. For many years, she lived as a street urchin and would offer services of cleaning shoes and the like for money.

It wasn't until Prima reached the beginning of adulthood when her luck would change. Blessed in the form of a sword, and a note from her birth mother. With love, light and luck, she was gifted a blade of the valkyrie to aid her within her life, as despite everything that had happened, her faith remained strong.

Valkyrie blood flowing through the woman's veins, swordsmanship came as natural as breathing to young Prima. And with this new skill, she began offering services of hunting, ridding villages and cities alike of beasts and creatures that would prey on mortal man. Slowly, she gained the title of the 'wandering paladin', and continues to wear this title with her every day life.

ABILITIES

Holy Magic Passive/Offensive
Brynhildr: From the heavens themselves, Prima is given the gift of golden armor of her valkyrie sisters. Hardened and steeled to that of a knight's, the armor still remains as light as a feather.
Eir: Holy magic blessed with the ability to heal both herself, and her allies. A shining golden light overcomes her palms, and will heal the wounds of others.
Geirönul: Rather than the holy magic shifting to her arms, it instead shifts to her feet, allowing her to gain a boost of speed and heightened reaction times.
Geirdriful: From the hand of the halfbreed, large spears made of holy energy are summoned to be fired at her will. They can vary in size, and in weight. Though the larger the spears are, the less that can be summoned at one given time.
Göndul: In the form of a golden magic circle, the aforementioned spell can be cast either on the floor or in mid-air. On the floor, it acts like a trap and will shoot holy energy at those who step onto it. In midair, it resembles that of a reverse target, and shoots holy energy from the middle of the circle.
Hrist: From above, a beam of holy energy is cast down from the heavens and upon the target in question, leave broken ground in it's wake from the impact.

Kára: Holy energy manifests in the hands of Prima as sparking golden flames. They can only be cast from her palms.
Ölrún: Holy light stems from Prima's figure, and allows her to cast the light as a strong, physical barrier. Depending on the ways in which her hands and body moves, the light can manifest on numerous ways: arms wrapped around her body will cause the manifestation of wings around her body, circles of her wrists will cause a solid halo to appear, and so forth.
Holy Blade - Hjorprimul - Offensive

The blade given as a gift by her mother bares the same name as her, meaning "the sword warrioress". The blade allows holy magic to be channeled through it's silver blade, amplifying attacks, as well as being a source for the said holy energy. As for the blade itself, the sleek design allows the sharpness of the blade to cut through most, if not all, material. And for as long as Prima's faith remains strong, the blade will not break. It is the power of an unstoppable force meeting an unmovable object, and combining.

Hand-to-Hand - Offensive

Though this is not Prima's talent, she holds a certain amount of knowledge regarding hand-to-hand combat as well as possessing strength which is slighly above a human's. However, without her blade in her hand, she is significantly weaker.

Songs of the Choir - Passive

Due to her lineage being that of the angelic, Prima has the voice of an angel when she sings. This can dissarm others, tame others, or be used as a distraction or to boost morale.

Weapon Affinity - Passive/Offensive

Though Prima always opts to use the blade she was given, due to the blood of the Valkyrie, she has a natural affinity for weapons such as axes, swords, spears, hammers and shields. This does not apply to exotic weapons such as daggers, or modern weapons such as guns.
